Abstract

This research paper investigates the relationship between innovation capability and the performance of insurance firms in Kenya. The study explores how innovation impacts various performance metrics within the insurance industry, considering factors such as revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Data was collected through surveys with key stakeholders in the Kenyan insurance sector as well as an in-depth review of secondary source data to identify relevant patterns and trends relating to innovations in the Kenyan insurance industry. The findings contribute to the understanding of the importance of innovation in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of insurance companies in emerging markets like Kenya.
